International Conference "Education in intangible cultural heritage: researching and safeguarding"

Teachers and students of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education took part in the important event ‒ International Conference “Education in intangible cultural heritage: researching and safeguarding”. This event has been organized using the joint efforts of the Development Centre “Democracy through Culture”, Institute of Cultural Studies of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, UNESCO Chair on Science Education of the Mykhailo Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, Regional Centre for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South-Eastern Europe under the auspices of UNESCO (Sophia, Bulgaria), and support of the UNESCO’s Living Heritage Entity (Paris, France). The conference served as a platform for the discussion of researchers and practitioners who implement intangible heritage protection strategies, in particular, through the development and implementation of educational strategies with using of intangible cultural heritage.
