Training for school students within the framework of the project “Pushing the Boundaries: Cultivating Inclusion in Ukrainian UNESCO Associated Schools”

The UNESCO Chair on Science Education continues the implementation of the project “Pushing the Boundaries: Cultivating Inclusion in Ukrainian UNESCO Associated Schools” within the framework of the UNESCO Participation Program with the support of the UNESCO Antenna in Ukraine. Today, a training was held for school students aimed at implementing the following tasks: forming a broader understanding of social inclusion, human diversity, equality and accessibility, barrier-freeness and mutual respect; developing empathy, non-violent communication skills and peer support; strengthening the psychological and emotional well-being of school students by providing effective tools for self-support and emotional self-regulation; stimulating and developing leadership and team skills; involving school students in active participation in the life of the school community as agents of inclusion.
