Meeting of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO

On January 29, 2025, representatives of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University took part in the 2sd meeting of the General Conference of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Maryana Betsa and with the participation of heads of sectors and members of the Commission from relevant ministries and institutions of Ukraine. During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, including the results of nominations to the List of Good Practices for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage; preservation of World Heritage sites, and implementation of initiatives in the fields of science, education and culture; strengthening Ukraine's participation in UNESCO's work, determining priority areas of work of the National Commission's sectors for the current year, etc.
