The Chair is in the global movement for educators’ career development in military aggression conditions

Yesterday, representatives of the UNESCO Chair in Science Education were panel speakers at the annual conference organized by the Asia-Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA). We appreciate APCDA for providing membership in the Association and free participation in a conference that brings together thousands of career development professionals!

We represented Ukraine in the reports of the section "Supporting Practitioners for Career Development in War/Conflict-Afflicted Zones", alongside our colleagues from the Middle East countries, which are also facing the challenges of armed conflicts. We focused on the problems of educators in the conditions of military aggression by the russian federation. The friendly discussion based on the event's results formed an international community of professionals who are not indifferent to the problems of building peace in different cultural landscapes, implementing strategies for the post-war recovery of countries and their human capital.
