All-Ukrainian online marathon "How to motivate children to study physics: 25 techniques that really work"

Today, a significant event for our country's science education development occurred ‒ the All-Ukrainian online marathon "How to motivate children to study physics: 25 techniques that really work". The event organizers were the National Center "Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", the UNESCO Chair on Science Education of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, and the Ranok publishing house. The Institute of the Gifted Child of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the Department of the State Education Quality Service of Kyiv also joined the event's organization. The event’s purpose was to discuss strategies and techniques that will help stimulate children to active learning and identify practical tools that can be used to increase and maintain student’s motivation. The event gathered 17 speakers and more than 200 participants, who created an atmosphere of exchange of successful methods of teaching physics, science engagement, etc.
