Meeting with students of Kyiv UNESCO Associated Schools

On December 28, 2023, an event aimed at strengthening cooperation between UNESCO Chairs Network and UNESCO Associated Schools Network took place within the walls of Drahomanov Ukrainian State University. This initiative of the Secretariat of the National Commission for UNESCO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine was supported by the NGO "Federation of Peace", the NGO "Association of Heads of Schools of Kyiv" and the children's movement "Young Ambassadors of Peace". More than 40 students from seven Kyiv schools visited the scientific library, the museum of the history of the University, the natural and geological museums of the University and students’ art-space SKLO. At the meeting, the students got acquainted with the activities of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education of the Faculty of Pedagogy and asked questions to the dean and responsible secretary of the admissions committee, Taras Olefirenko, about the features of the 2024 admissions campaign.
