Internationalization of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education

At the invitation of the Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic), Associate Professor of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Galyna Bondarenko, took part in the educational internship program “Through internationalization to the development of universities”. The professional trainiang was implemented within the framework of the project "Strengthening the possibilities of higher educational institutions of pedagogical direction in Ukraine", which was financially supported by the Czech Development Agency. The participants of the program from Ukraine had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the educational program for international students and discuss the study opportunities of international students in the Czech Republic, the strategy of internationalization at the Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University, the experience of implementing Coil courses (Collaborative Online International Learning program) and other opportunities for internalization (AT Home); foreign projects as one of the ways of internationalization. The participants of the program took part in the round table "International cooperation as a way to the development of universities", an event dedicated to the Day of Initiative at the Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University, got acquainted with student projects (Czech and foreign) in the field of social pedagogy, and established opportunities for further cooperation between Ukrainian and Czech pedagogical universities.
