Participation of students and teachers in the scientific and practical online seminar “Leadership of a gifted personality: formation and development”

On October 26, 2023, students of the master program “Science education and communication” and the Chair teachers took part in the scientific and practical online seminar “Leadership of the gifted personality: formation and development”. The representatives of the Chair actively participated in the discussion of such issues as ethical challenges to leadership in the conditions of martial law, leadership and traumatic experience of the individual, education of leaders from childhood, leadership qualities of an intellectually gifted individual, Olympiad movement as a means of forming leadership qualities of gifted students, education of leadership qualities of gifted students in the educational space of school, etc. The event was attended by about 500 representatives of departments and departments of education, institutes of postgraduate education, administration of educational institutions, teachers, psychologists, social pedagogues, and students. The organizer of the event was the Institute of the Gifted Child of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine - the strategic partner of the UNESCO Chair on Science Education.
