A meeting with students in support of the cultural heritage of Ukraine
Last week was active and inspiring for students of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University! In close cooperation with the UNESCO Chair on Science Education, the Faculty hosted a long-awaited meeting with Vlada Lytovchenko ‒ an active figure in support of Ukrainian culture, an inspiring personality, the director of the Vyshgorod Historical and Cultural Preserve, a representative of key institutions that direct own activities to the development of Ukrainian tangible and intangible heritage. The meeting inspired the students to think again about the teacher’s role in preserving and developing Ukrainian culture, and a “road map” for further cooperation was developed. Such meetings, speakers, and institutions involved in our cooperation are the key to the success of the efforts of those who strive for the development of Ukraine, even in the difficult conditions of military aggression by the Russian Federation.
Many thanks to our guest speaker for her time and inspiring energy for our students!
